Columbus Technologies expands SA footprint

Local systems management software specialist Columbus Technologies has extended its footprint in South Africa with the expansion of its channel partner programme on a national and regional level.
With a long-term goal of securing regional partners in every province, Columbus Technologies aims to ensure its clients across South Africa can obtain rapid, local support from Columbus-certified engineers.
In a drive to identify the best potential partners for the business not only nationally but within the nine provinces, Columbus Technologies has so far this year signed up iT Master in Polokwane, Hux Technologies in Nelspruit and Bloemfontein, Remoteq Solutions in Gauteng, and Simo Solutions in East London.
The company’s national channel partner portfolio has been expanded to Telkom, XON, Bytes Technology Group and Tactical Software Solutions, enhancing collaboration and boosting the national footprint of the Columbus software solution.
To be able to offer our customers a national support capacity, coverage in the major national centres is no longer sufficient, says Columbus Technologies CEO Mpume Dywili.
“With critical systems management software such as Columbus, which works in the organisation at an enterprise level, companies need the reassurance of knowing that should they need support they can be reached promptly. Companies based in regional towns are calling for more accessible support and service that is quick and efficient. By broadening our footprint, we will be able to provide immediate support to all our clients, wherever they are in the country,” says Dywili.
