Abuja (IT News Africa) —TELEPUTER System, Zain’s major distributor in Akwa Ibom State said the former’s network upgrade will result in enhanced service to customers and consolidate its market share.
Nse Okponong, Teleputer managing director said at a ceremony for Zain customers.
“Zain ‘s many subscribers in Akwa Ibom and even beyond will begin to enjoy uninterrupted quality services as a result of the network upgrade. Zain has the love of its customers at heart,” he said to applause.
“As all are aware, Niger Delta is very important to the company because of the numerous activities that are about to take place there as a result of the current resolution of all disputes, especially restiveness in the area. We therefore hope to provide smooth and uninterrupted mobile telephone service to the people,” added Okponong.
He added that the network upgrade will also minimise congestion. Zain recently upgraded its fibre cable network in the sprawling state. Meanwhile, the company gave out prizes to winners of its various
competitions and dedicated customers.
