2K reveals new details about the Women’s Evolution

2K Games recently revealed details pertaining to the new objective-based, story-driven mode coming to WWE 2K2o called 2K Showcase: The Women’s Evolution. The new mode is based on the story of the Women’s Evolution which has been taking place in WWE over the past 5 years. 2K Showcase: The Women’s Evolution will tell the story of the Four Horsewomen: Charlotte Flair, WWE 2K20 Cover Superstar Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bayley. The story will be told through 15 playable matches that will showcase the group’s rise to prominence.

In 2004, 4 young wrestlers helped start what would later come to be known as the Women’s Evolution in WWE. In 2019, for the first time in history, women headlined WrestleMania. WWE 2K20 will tell the complete story of these 4 wrestlers in 2K Showcase: The Women’s Evolution. Players will unlock attire, characters, titles and more content as they progress through the story.

WWE 2K20 is set for release on 22 October 2019 for the Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4.
