Large parts of South Africa can expect Stage 2 load-shedding today (4 December) that will run from 09:00 to 22:00, making it another consecutive, full day ofĀ interruptions for households and businesses.

Affected areas are expected to include Johannesburg, Tshwane, Durban, and Cape Town.

The company states a “shortage of capacity” as the reason for these outages.
