  2. I would like to inform and warn anybody who would like to have this “wonderful pink” phone to think twice about getting it!!!
I’ve had 2 BRANDNEW phones replaced in 2 weeks and still not working!!!
When I spoke to the area manager I was informed that I am to far away from him to assist me in a personal manager and therefor I have to figure out on my own why my NEW phone is not working!!! The first was replaced and MTN refused to replace the second saying I must contact the area manager (who was of no help) and then only can they send in this NEW PHONE to be fixed! This is pathetic so please think twice about purchasing this phone!!!!
