Top Twitter accounts to follow for Nigeria Election updates

On Saturday 14 February 2015, Nigerians will go to the polls to elect legislators as well as the country’s new president.

On 28 February 2015, Nigerians in 29 (of 36) states will return to the polls to elect state governors. To keep you up to date with the elections, IT News Africa has chosen a list of Twitter accounts to follow leading up to the elections.

Additionally, back in January 2015, Google launched an online portal (http://www.google.ng/elections/) where voters can keep an eye on the latest news on Nigerian politics in the run-up to the general elections in February.
