Charles has a banking, information technology and marketing background. He has worked with various top tiered organisations such as ABSA, Deloitte, Gijima, Nedbank amongst others. He was also the CIO of a Tier 2 Specialised Hospital Group.
Charles has proven expertise and track record of provisioning of IT enablement services and delivering an IT innovation pipeline. He has specialised knowledge of Marketing Automation, CRM, BI and Data Warehousing. Charles has strong communication skills, Leadership and High levels of technical proficiency, people skills. He is passionate about enabling class leading capability for organisations and leveraging data.
Marlon Moodley
Managing Director, B2HA ICT Advisory (Pty) Ltd
Marlon Moodley is currently the managing director of B2HA ICT Advisory (Pty) Ltd, which works with clients mainly at board level, to address technology and people matters that have begun to affect their business strategically and operationally.
Marlon previously served as Group CIO (Chief Information Officer) of Harmony Gold Ltd and was responsible for turning around their underperforming IT division and reported at board level.
