Angry Birds go Halloween

Angry Birds maker Rovio has announced that the lovable little birds will be getting an update to celebrate Halloween this year. Titled Ham’o’ween, the new episode is accompanied by a brand new animation, and it includes a new bird character.

“The latest episode brings 30 brand new levels for Angry Birds Fans, and the inclusion of the new bird adds up to a total of eight birds in the player’s arsenal.

In addition to the eight regular birds, the players also have the option to purchase the Mighty Eagle,” Rovio said in a statement.

The Halloween-themed animation stars the Blue Birds in a hilarious adventure, where they are introduced to their latest companion, the Orange Bird. Rovio is planning to release more Angry Birds animations in the future, through various channels.
