MetroFibre Networx has announced the launch of its new Internet Service Provider, GigaGo. GigaGo aims to offer customers reliable internet access at affordable rates.
GigaGo clients no longer have to read through reams of legal and technical jargon to identify a connectivity service that suits them.
The new ISP provides one price package across all network providers. All packages are 100% uncapped and unshaped, providing premium fibre Internet to the home. Customers can simply and easily Check if they have fibre in their area, Choose a package which suits them, and Click to order. Fibre users will be downloading music, streaming videos and playing online games in no time.
According to the head of GigaGo, Cornelius Jansen van Rensburg the Internet affects everyone’s lives in some way or another. “This means that Internet connectivity, much like water and electricity, has become a utility. At GigaGo we provide access to fast, reliable and affordable Internet connectivity and believe that through the simplification of the process of acquiring Internet services, we can ensure that more people can experience the benefits of a connected lifestyle,” he stated.
GigaGo will have a primary focus on customer care providing after-hours customer support from 07:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 17:00 on weekends.
GigaGo is available on the Metrofibre and Openserve networks and will soon be available on all major fibre networks nationwide.
