South Africa: Vodacom CFO quits

South African mobile network, Vodacom, has revealed that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ivan Dittrich has resigned from the company.

According to Vodacom, Dittrich, who was also an executive director at Vodacom, is set to “pursue his own interests.”


Vodacom also revealed that Dittrich is expected to step down from the Vodacom board as of the 31st of July, 2015.

Replacing Dittrich will be Vodacom’s Executive Director, Till Streichert. Streichert will replace Dittrich from the 1st of August, 2015.

According to Fin24, Vodacom also announced that Hatem Dowidar, a non-executive director at the company, has resigned as well.
