Airtel Kenya has opened an additional Airtel Xpress shop in Embakasi on the outer edges of the capital, Nairobi.

The latest development is expected to boost the company’s footprint in the East African country and provide users across numerous regions with greater access to Airtel services.
Airtel Kenya’s Managing Director Shivan Bhargava said the new outlet “will provide a range of services among them Airtel data settings, Airtel Money, post-paid activation, bill payments, selling of prepaid lines, airtime, modems and handset sales.”
The company also said in a statement that customers “will get to enjoy discounts on various handsets and access to all of Airtel’s new range of products and offers as part of the celebration of unveiling the new outlet.”
With Kenya’s telecom sector experiencing rapid growth over the past few years, Airtel believes that by launching new stores in different regions, it will enable a wider range of users access to its services and ease the process of doing business.
