Change in senior management at Inter-Active Technologies

Specialist call centre and communications company Inter-Active Technologies has appointed Jacqui van Staden as its Managing Director. Previously, Jacqui van Staden was the Financial Director of the company. “Having been with the company from its inception five years ago, as well as being a major shareholder, the move to the position of Managing Director seemed a natural progression”, said Jacqui. Former head Brendan van Staden will advance to the capacity of Group Chief Executive, taking responsibility for global management of the local group operations, including the soon-to-be-launched Inter-Active Money and the International component and BPO arm, ACTIVcontact (Mauritius). Brendan will focus on new business ventures and diversification, while Jacqui oversees the day-to-day operations, including sales and finance. Inter‐Active Technologies is a call centre and communication operation, specializing in the provision of call and contact centre maximization services, call and contact centre outsourcing and hosted application service models (ASMs), call and contact centre technologies, business process management and solution architectures. Founded in 2004, the company has over 500 employees and registered revenues of R116 million in 2009.
