Owing to the need to boost the profitability of call centres in Nigeria, the indigenous telecom service provider in Nigeria, Globacom, has introduced profitmax Extra package for call centre businesses.
The package, according to Mr. Mohammed Jameel, Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), was introduced to boost the profit rate of call centre business owners.
Jameel said the package was introduced due to the observation that majority Nigerians patronise business centres to make calls on a daily basis.
He described the package as a robust one and an opportunity for owners of the businesses.
