Virgin Media Group has expanded their relationship with European Computer Telecoms (ECT) that will include enhancements to hosted call centre applications, new applications for call recordings and a strategic partnership.
Since Telewest Business has powered Customers Contact Solutions with ECT’s Networks Based Call Centre product lines. ECT and Telewest together will strengthen the call centre solution stand and bring together ideas to meet needs in the market segment.
This is changing the ways that companies do business. Companies like ECT no longer have to only simply provide a technical solution to a customer, but now they view each other as partners, providing insight in top local markets and support each other in building successful offerings.
ECT provides value added services to telecom operators and has over 200 customers using it service. ECT and TElewest are coming together to market ideas in the call centre business to build strong solutions in the marketplace. Telewest Business is leading communication providerto companies in the businesses.
