BenQ, the global leader in digital lifestyle solutions, has stepped up its Middle East & Africa presence with the opening of its first exclusive retail outlet – BenQ Zone – located in the UAE.
The 1,500 square feet store, in the heart of Dubai’s commercial business district of Bur Dubai, will be home to BenQ’s computing and consumer electronics product range including LCD monitors, LCD TVs, Projectors and Digital cameras and other digital lifestyle products.
“BenQ is gaining a fair share of the Middle East market and is ranked second in the LCD monitor segment and third in the digital projectors for the region,” said Robert Dung, Managing Director, Middle East & Africa, BenQ.
“We want to capitalise on this position and provide our customers with a complete ‘Enjoyment Matters’ experience. By opening our inaugural BenQ Zone in Dubai – one of the region’s most important retail markets – we aim to begin our next expansion phase and will soon roll out the concept across other regional countries including Saudi Arabia and Egypt” added Dung.
BenQ recently completed five successful years in the region and is looking to increase its presence with more exclusive outlets.

BenQ Zone will display in one outlet the complete range of products available across the region. Its team of Purple Warriors – specially trained customer service personnel – will assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
“Recent advances in technology are sometimes not fully appreciated by customers who may not have the time to read through information to understand the cutting-edge features in our products,” added Bakshi.
“At the BenQ Zone, we are offering design-oriented products and the opportunity to experience first-hand our latest Hi-tech and Hi-touch line of products and technologies such as fast response time, Advanced Motion Accelerator, Senseye and High Definition Multi-media Interface.”
