dLocal, a cross-border payment platform, and AZA Finance, a prominent fintech business focusing on payments and foreign exchange in Africa, have formed a strategic agreement to extend their respective service offerings through reciprocal cross-selling.
Customers of both companies will benefit from improved payment processing, increased reach, and enhanced financial services as dLocal’s solid cross-border payment infrastructure is combined with AZA Finance’s foreign exchange capabilities and network of regional licenses.

This strategic agreement will enhance its support for merchants in foreign exchange conversion, expand payout options, and expand its cross-border payment solutions. It will benefit over 26,000 businesses across Africa, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Egypt, Cameroon, and Zambia.
Furthermore, dLocal and AZA Finance are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards of compliance and operational integrity.
