Digital Transformation Congress 2019 (#DTC2019) took place on 30 July 2019 at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa. The Chairperson for the event was Dr Michael Mol, Head of Hello Doctor. The event featured engaging fire-side chats, intriguing panel discussions and informative keynote speeches.


The congress dealt with issues and topics relating to the concept of ‘digital transformation,’ and how companies can take advantage of advancements in technology to improve their businesses and enhance their customers’ experiences.

Digital transformation can be seen as the integration of digital technology into all areas of businesses, which fundamentally changes the way companies interact with their customers.
