OPPO releases new smartphone in UAE

The F11 will be available from mid-July with the 6GB+64GB version for $300 and the 6GB+128GB version for $325 at selected retailers across the UAE.

On Sunday, 7 July 2019, OPPO made a new addition to its F series portfolio with the launch of OPPO F11. According to the company, the F11 smartphone boasts brilliant portrait photography in low light and comes with several innovative technologies.

The F11 will be available from mid-July in two colour variants – Purple Blue and Dark Green — with the 6GB+64GB version for $300 and the 6GB+128GB version for $325 at selected retailers across the UAE.

Oppo adds that the F11 boasts a flawless combination of hardware and software, with a robust rear camera capability that gives young consumers the power to easily capture the world.

Andy Shi, President of OPPO MEA says, “OPPO has worked for years to advance the field of selfie photography, and the F11 series has taken the next step to propel users to master portrait. To help users capture great photos anytime and anywhere, OPPO has made considerable efforts to make it easier to shoot sharp and marvellous portraits at night”.

“At OPPO, we remain committed to providing creative youth with innovative smartphones that allow them to snap and share expressions of themselves and the world around them,” adds Shi.

OPPO has built on their 48MP dual rear camera and portrait technology to ensure the F11 provides a feature packed, cost-effective smartphone, promising both Ultra Night Mode and Dazzle Color Mode.

OPPO F11 runs on Android 9 Pie topped with ColorOS 6.0. The smartphone sports a waterdrop-style notch, a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) LCD screen with complete 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.9 per cent screen ratio. It is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of onboard storage.

In addition to the above features, the OPPO F11 series also seeks to improve the overall user experience and solve common problems such as over-heat, lag, and battery life.
