Before joining Oracle in 2011, Kholiwe worked for Accenture (SA) for 7 years where she held various roles within the organisation. Prior to that she worked as CFO for The National Heritage Council, a Public Entity in the National Government.
Kholiwe serves on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in South Africa, she is a Trustee at Sparrow School Educational Trust and is a member of the BMF.
She served on the National Governing Council (NGC) of the South African Peer Review Mechanism, an initiative by the African Union.
Thabo Ndlela: Chief Information Officer- Tiger Brands
With over 15 years experience in IT management, Thabo Ndlela has an impeccable track record as a Chief Information Officer in Manufacturing, Hospitality, Banking and Media Industries; he has worked for various companies including Tiger Brands, Sun International, Absa, SABC and Nampak. He provides strategic advice to Company Boards on IT Governance, IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Sourcing.
Thabo was recently named a 2015 Visionary CIO Finalist. Previous positions include Group CIO at Sun International, CIO Absa Africa and GM IT at the SABC.
Cenk Kiral: VP of Business Analytics Solutions – Oracle EMEA
Cenk has been in the business for more than 25 years. Throughout his career he has held various senior management positions in sales, marketing and business development at regional levels at NCR, Teradata, Oracle and SAP. In his career, Cenk has gained experience in all aspects of business analytics, data warehousing, enterprise performance management systems and finance areas. Since 2006, Cenk has assumed several senior management roles at regional level for Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. His current role is the Vice President of all Business Analytics Solutions for Oracle’s EMEA region.
Breanda Niehaus: Group Chief Information Officer- Standard Bank
Brenda Niehaus is the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Standard Bank Group. She has over 33 years IT experience and has sponsored various development initiatives to accelerate both Line and Technical leadership within Standard Bank. Brenda sponsors the IT innovation programme where cross functional teams get together to solve real business challenges.
She actively participates in Standard Bank’s Lean-In initiative; engaging, networking and developing relationships with women in management positions in an attempt to create equal opportunities for men and woman in the workplace.
