MTN Ghana has partnered up with African Movies on the GO (AMOG), to provide African movie lovers around the continent access to their favorite African movies on the go using their smartphones according to Citi FM online.
Through their App AMOG puts African entertainment in the hand of their user allowing them to watch their favorite movies any time, any where.
Acting Senior Manager for Product and Services, Bless Sefenu reinforced MTN’s latest vision which is “to lead the delivery of a bold digital world to our customers,” and stressed that they are trying to change the lives of their customers through access of digital products and services, according to a report in BizTech Africa.
Sefenu highlighted that digital access to important resources such as education, healthcare, media and entertainment, financial services and the internet are all ways to better the lives of Africans, this is MTN’s vision.
“A key component of enabling access is technology and we have to work hard to deploy, upgrade and expand our network infrastructure and IT systems to support the provision of our products and services. Three ultra-modern data centers, thousands of kilometer of fibre-optic cables, over 2,000 cell sites and the introduction of the first 4G service in Ghana,” these are just some of the ways according to Sefenu, that MTN are trying to deliver a digital world and a good experience to their customers.
The AMOG app is available on google play on the Ghanaian market, customers can download movies and watch them offline as many times as they want.
