Orange Kenya, a telecommunications service provider, has instituted a loyalty scheme aimed at retaining its most loyal subscribers.
The bonus reward programme, known as the Ziada loyalty scheme, will be awarded based on a mobile client’s cumulative percentage of the airtime.
“Those who have been on the network for up to six months will be given a 10% bonus when they top up their lines, while those who have been on the network for 18 months and above will enjoy a bonus of 30%,” says Mickael Ghossein, Orange CEO.
Ghossein says Orange Kenya will also be rewarding their customers for the amount of money they use to top up their mobile accounts every month.
The bonus will be based on the usage and will be redeemable at the beginning of every month.
