Limbo slinks onto PSN

Awhile back Xbox Live Arcade released Limbo, which fast became one of the most-played games on the service. The bleak black-and-white game has sparked many conversations about the story and the ending, and now PlayStation owners will also be able to join in.

“It has been one year since Limbo originally launched, and that year has been an incredible time for everyone at Playdead. We’ve gotten feedback from many people around the world, and it’s been amazing to hear about the experiences people have had with the game,” Playdead co-founder Dino Patti wrote on the PlayStation Blog.

Patti also announced that Limbo will be released on PSN on July 19 in the US and July 20 for Europe, with other regions being announced for a later date. The co-founder also teased that there will be an added surprise for PSN players.

Limbo will also be available on 2 August for the Steam service.
