
Speaking at the opening ceremony in Kaduna, Mr. Tolu Ojo, director Sales, Etisalat Nigeria, said that the new Experience Centre offers the people of the city and its environs easy access to a bouquet of Etisalat’s services.
“It will also help solve customer-related issues by providing information to our ever-increasing subscriber base on how best to enjoy the unique benefits of our products and qualitative services, purchase data devices, handsets and SIM packs,” he said.
He stated that Etisalat’s courteous Sales Specialists will offer a personal touch in providing information to customers on how best to maximize the benefits of being part of Etisalat’s over 100 million subscribers globally.
Tolu noted that subscribers who visit the Kaduna Experience Centre are in for a fantastic time as there is a line-up of interesting activities to engage them for a two-week period after the opening, adding that there will be lucky dips for customers who make purchases from N750 upwards.
“This category of customers will win fantastic prizes such as iPODs, handsets, standing fans, 0.6KVA Yamaha generators, pressing irons, recharge cards, t-shirts, branded give away items as well as many more exciting prizes,” he said.
The new Experience Centre is an addition to others that were previously opened at GRA and Allen Avenue in Ikeja, Murtala Muhammed Airport 2, Awolowo road in Ikoyi, Silverbird Galleria, Mega Plaza, Saka Tinubu and the Palms all in Lagos; in Kano, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Enugu and Abuja.
