Inca enters SA business intelligence market by acquisition

Global provider of business intelligence solutions and leading player in EMEA region, Inca has launched officially in South Africa after overtaking local BI company iCentric, adding African markets on its map.

The launch is itself good news for SA industry, as it enables local companies to have access to an extensive global network and expertise.

“For professionals in the BI industry, there are also significant opportunities. Inca will offer South Africans the chance to gain global experience through exposure to big multinational brands such as Tesco, Strate and SkyTV”, said Keith Jones, MD of Inca.

By acquiring several BI companies and now local player iCentric, Inca has extended its skills to include a whole range of applications: group consolidation, budgeting and planning, dashboards and scorecards, forecasting and modeling, profitability analysis, cost to server models, KPI modelling and reporting analysis (BI).

Inca will rely on the strengths of iCentric business, already established in the SA market with an extensive client list, including the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Boasting over 500 customers in Europe, Middle East and now Africa, Inca is one of the leading players in business intelligence solutions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
