“We are launching a top up service which will serve to complement the conventional distribution networks that we already have in place across the country,” Dominique Saint-Jean, Telkom Kenya’s CEO commented.

Telkom Kenya recently introduced the electronic top up service to extend its availability and take its services closer to the customer.

The service will be availed through PesaPoint, Telkom Kenya’s partner.

Bernard Matthewman, PesaPoint Managing Director commented, “Electronic distribution of airtime is a very efficient method of fulfilling customer needs and we are pleased to enhance our service by being able to offer airtime top up for Telkom Orange customers at our PesaPoint ATM and POS locations.”

The service will allow subscribers to top up at PesaPoint ATMs for any amount. Registered in 2005, PesaPoint, a local ATM and POS service, aims at providing all bank customers easy access to their funds at any time by setting up ATMs in convenient locations.
