Two new ICT listings on Nigerian stock market

Two ICT companies will list on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) after meeting all pre-listing requirements.

E-Tranzact and Mtech Communications will have their shares listed in the bourse, along with four other companies in other industries.

Mtech Communications are involved with digital marketing, media activities, mobile content and technology solutions, while E-Tranzact makes real time real settlement transaction possible via telephone and the internet.

The companies are listing about 4.9 and 4.2 billion shares respectively.
