Mozilla introduces Snowl

Mozilla Labs has introduced a new project named Snowl. lt will be almost like a sample for Firefox extensions which will add a message function into your web browser.
In addition to Twitter feeds, Snow currently also supports RSS feeds. The application provides two interfaces to check the feed, one will be like a traditional three-pane list view; the other one is a general ‘river of news’ view which is aimed at casual users.
Developers are now working on improving the application by adding more functions and making it more useable. They are also working on adding message sources such as Facebook and Google talk.
