Fidelity Security Group insures its ICT capability through Integr8 IT

The Fidelity Security Group (Pty) Ltd., a national security solutions provider, has outsourced the management, maintenance and support of its entire ICT infrastructure to the Integr8 IT Group, South Africa’s largest privately owned national BEE ICT network integration and infrastructure management specialist.

Fidelity Security is an established security services company with over 32 000  employees throughout its network of 54 branches in key regions on the continent including Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa and Swaziland. This user network also stretches as far a-field as Dubai.

The Integr8 IT Group continues to represent the security Group’s official ICT services and support partner.

According to the service level agreement in place the Integr8 IT Group is contracted to provide outsourced services of all operations locally and internationally, a dedicated projects and compliance office, a full time (24/7/365) support service and guaranteed uptime during critical payroll periods.

Bennie Strydom, sales director at the Integr8 IT Group, says that the service level agreement in place initially focused on stability and connectivity across the organisation, but has developed over time to incorporate a higher level of service and support.

“The Fidelity Group is the largest security services operator in the country and our chief role is to ensure that the company’s extensive user group remains connected, is not affected by any downtime and all systems and infrastructure in place continues to operate at the highest level possible,” says Strydom.

In order to ensure that this level of support and service is sustained, the Integr8 IT Group has connected the whole Fidelity Group to its acclaimed Nerve CentreTM operation – a high-tech centralised digital contact centre that is used to interact with- and manage all the company’s clients located throughout the world.
