TECNO Launches AFCON 2025 Campaign

Global technology brand TECNO, Official Partner of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025, has unveiled its continent-wide campaign: “TECNO AND AFCON 2025.” The initiative celebrates the passion, joy, and triumphs of Africa’s biggest football tournament, hosted in Morocco.

African Youth

At the heart of the campaign is TECNO’s new musical brand film, Power Your Moment. Starring Afrobeats artist Joeboy, the film blends vibrant storytelling with his original soundtrack. It captures the rhythm and energy of Africa’s youth.

TECNO believes Africa’s young generation is ambitious, determined, and unstoppable. Its AI-powered ecosystem fuels everyday moments—whether studying smarter, creating content, enjoying football with family, or driving entrepreneurship. The narrative unfolds across four themes: Power Your Joy, Rise, Future, and Creativity.

AI-Powered Innovation

From AI Glasses that enhance match-day viewing to devices that empower creators and leaders, each scene shows how technology turns intention into action.

“TECNO AI doesn’t just enable—it powers the unstoppable momentum of Africa’s youth,” said Jack Guo, TECNO General Manager.

Beyond the screen, TECNO will bring the campaign to life through Pop-Up Stores, Fan Zones, and AI-driven experiences in AFCON host cities. Fans can explore smartphones, wearables, laptops, and imaging innovations. Interactive viewing parties and exclusive online features will deepen engagement.

With Power Your Moment, TECNO bridges technology, culture, and aspiration. The campaign empowers Africa’s new generation to seize opportunities, share their stories, and shape the future.

TECNO #TECNO12thMan Competition

South African soccer fans can win an all-expenses-paid trip to Morocco for AFCON 2025 through TECNO’s #TECNO12thMan competition.

Two ways to enter:

  • Purchase Entry: Buy any SPARK 40 Series or POVA 7 Series device at select retailers. Visit the competition page and submit your details. Entries close 04 December 2025 (T&Cs apply).
  • Social Media Entry: Share a video on Facebook, X, Instagram, or TikTok showing your match-day passion—whether superstitions, viewing setups, or fan attire. Tag TECNO South Africa, use #TECNO12thMan, follow TECNO’s official account, and keep your profile public. Entries close 03 December 2025. The best videos will be reposted, and the one with the most likes wins (T&Cs apply).

Winners will be announced ahead of the tournament. TECNO will cover travel, accommodation, and VISA costs.
