New Era for SAP Innovation in Africa: AFSUG New Appointment

The African SAP User Group (AFSUG) is excited to announce the appointment of Koosh Panday to its Board of Directors. With a career spanning over two decades, Panday brings a wealth of experience in technology, SAP solutions, and business strategy to AFSUG.

Currently serving as an SAP Alliance Partner and Programme Delivery Lead at Accenture, Panday is pivotal in aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives. Before joining Accenture, Panday held several key positions in the industrial manufacturing sector, including Global SAP Project Manager at Sappi and various managerial roles at companies such as Carter Holt Harvey in New Zealand and Australia, and Frame Textile Corporation.


Throughout his career, Panday has demonstrated a keen ability to drive business transformation and ensure client satisfaction by developing and implementing innovative solutions. His expertise in supply chain management, sales, and operations planning, and SAP modules make him a valuable asset to the AFSUG community.

Panday holds an MBA degree and has received extensive training in various SAP modules, including SCM, SAP Ariba Contract Management, and SAP SRM. His commitment to excellence has been recognized with accolades such as the Gold Award from the Logistics Achievers Association for his outstanding work with Sappi’s third-party logistics service provider.

Panday’s diverse skill set, including expertise in SAP, ITIL, governance, supply chain management, and digital technologies, along with his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, make him an ideal addition to the AFSUG Board of Directors.
