On Tuesday, 15 October 2019, IT News Africa hosted the inaugural Healthcare Executive Golf Day in partnership with T–Systems South Africa at Kyalami Country Club, Johannesburg. The event brought together healthcare technology executives from both Public and Private sectors to network with like-minded peers over a day of golf.
Healthcare professionals had the opportunity to share ideas on the latest innovative technologies, discuss burning issues and trends and how technology can be implemented to improve efficiency, boost revenue and reduce operational costs in various healthcare institutions.
Head of MIS-PC at T-Systems, Colin Archery says, “This is a great time to discuss burning issues facing South Africa – we are aware of the current issues and evolving healthcare sector and we want everyone to jointly find solutions for our country.”

Teams battled it out in a four-ball format over the 18-hole golf course – and the top four won various prizes at the end of the day.
