Calling all Apple addicts, by now you know that the tech giant unveiled a number of upcoming products – the most anticipated of which being the latest series of iPhones. (ICYMI – the hardware extravaganza took place on Tuesday, 10 September 2019, at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus.)
At the ‘by innovation only’ event, amongst other things, Apple showcased its 2019 iPhone lineup which includes three new models; the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Here’s a closer look at the devices:
iPhone 11
New colours include white, black, yellow, red, lavender, and green
6.1-inch Liquid Retina display
2 rear camera lenses: 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a new 12-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view
New camera modes, including Night Mode; 4K video at 60 frames per second
A13 Bionic chip – According to Apple, it’s the fastest CPU/GPU ever used by a smartphone – capable of 1 trillion operations per second
