On 27 August 2019, cloud networking company GTT Communications announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Mike Sicoli. Sicoli is set to part ways with the company on 30 September 2019 after accepting a more senior role at a data centre and cloud service provider. GTT announced that the company has begun searching for a new CFO.
Dan Fraser will act as the interim Chief Financial Officer upon Sicoli’s departure. Fraser is currently GTT’s Senior Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Global Corporate Controller. He has over 20 years of experience and has spent 5 years at GTT.
“We thank Mike for his tremendous contributions to GTT’s rapid growth over the past four years. Mike’s accomplishments in leading and building GTT’s finance organization have been instrumental to the execution of our strategy. We wish him every success in his new role,” said Rick Calder, GTT president and CEO. “My time at GTT has been very rewarding, and I am proud of our many accomplishments. I believe GTT is on the right path for long-term success, and I plan to remain a significant shareholder. I am also confident that the finance team is in very capable hands as I move to the next chapter of my career,” Sicoli said about his departure.
