SoftwareOne has launched the UCSimple unified communications (UC) managed service in South Africa, the UK, and Ireland.
UCSimple is designed to accelerate digital transformation for businesses by providing services like consulting, implementation and managed services with a stronger focus on cost transparency and budget control.
The service is billed per user per month and customers have access to SoftwareOne UC experts at all stages of a project (advisory, delivery, managed services).
After successful UCSimple launches in the US, Austria, Switzerland and Germany in late-2018, the service is entering new markets to widen the reach.
It will be expanding to Singapore and Brazil later this year.
