IT News Africa recently sat down with the CEO and Founder of ProperiProp, Llew Morkel, who looked to demystify the world of Bitcoin by breaking down the facets that contribute to this disruptive technology.
ProsperiProp is a fintech startup that makes it possible for people around the world to buy into top performing property assets from as little as $2 using cryptocurrency on the blockchain.
Morkel, who started his career working for corporate companies in Standard Bank and MTN, founded ProsperiProp in 2016 after starting up and successfully running a mobile software development company called True Mobile Solutions and a payments solutions company called E-Escrow.
Morkel spoke to IT News Africa about the world of Bitcoin. He looked to demystify the complicated and misunderstood impressions on this disruptive technology by describing what Bitcoin is, how it can be used, how secure it is and also looking into the future of Bitcoin.
