Gammatek, a distributor of brand technologies and accessories, has introduced the Dynamic Virtual Viewer headsets for its South African audience. South Africans can purchase the headsets in stores nationwide. The Dynamic Virtual Viewer does everything expected from a virtual viewing headset. Users can watch movies in real 3D, at home and play their favourite games in 360 degrees virtual reality. The headset works with most makes of smartphones and allows users to view thousands of free Virtual reality apps.
“Certainly, virtual viewing headsets are not new. There are a number of well known games console and electronics manufacturers who’ve dominated the market for a few years. These products are just quite simply out of the budgets of average South Africans. We are excited to introduce the Dynamic Virtual Viewer to South Africa because it delivers a quality experience remaining affordable. This is the virtual reality viewing headset that you can actually afford to have in your own home,” says Zev Cherniak from Gammatek.
The headsets are equipped with high quality lenses imported from Germany. The lenses boast a 95% transparency rate. The Dynamic Virtual Viewer uses 9mm lenses which have a 300/second cycle versus 7mm lenses which offer a 220/second cycle.
The headset boasts several features including:
- Eye distant and focal adjustment mechanisms
- Built in cooling vents for smartphones
- Superior Dark Chamber for improved viewing
- Adjustable head strap with extra cushioned fabric covered shroud
- Headphone port is easily accessible for personal viewing
- The Dynamic Virtual Viewer will be available at selected retail outlets.
