ALE International, operating under the brand Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, has revealed changes in key senior management positions and the board as part of its ongoing business transformation to drive growth.
According to the company these changes include:
– Jeff Ma appointed as acting CEO effective immediately. Mr. Ma is a current member of the ALE board of directors and brings an extensive background in general management, financing, and merger and acquisitions. He and the board will pursue a permanent replacement in the coming quarters.
– Bernd Stangl joins ALE as new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stangl comes with a deep history in international business-to-business telecommunications background, along with significant experience in start-up management of carve-out operations.
– Jan Zuurbier, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, ALE, has been appointed as ALE Board Member.
According to the company: “These changes will help promote the company’s ambition by supporting internal investments and acquisition activities around expanding market reach, improving positioning in vertical sectors and accelerating cloud service business models.”
