Gigu Varghese has over twelve years of sales and marketing experience in the security industry, working since January 2010 as Regional Sales Manager in charge of the Middle East and Africa markets for Infinova Corporation, a leading US based manufacturer of analog and IP CCTV technologies and fiber optic transmission systems. Prior to this, he had worked with some of the most respected security systems integrators in Kuwait. Adriaan Bosch is a strategist in the field of physical security and the Managing Director of Astrosec, a surveillance centred security company. A leader in security technology and people integration he strives to create strategies to prevent incidents, rather than dealing with the aftermath. An ex-British Army Sniper and Reconnaissance Soldier he worked his way up from the bottom with experience of being both the service provider and the client. He currently is a regional committee member of the South African Intruder Detection Services Association (SAIDSA) and a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). When he is not glued to a computer screen, he spends time with his wife and twin daughters off grid, finding a balance between the modern and the primal.
