NIC Bank, located in Kenya, has launched a mobile app that is intended to enable customers to trade in share on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).
Designed for use on all mobile devices, the application allows clients to view their account status, access stock prices and receive market updates and tips instantly.
NIC Securities GM, Catherine Karita, stated that: “The flexible trading platform provides mobility. NIC Bank rolled out the mobile banking application last year. Designed for use on any mobile devices, the application will allow clients to view their account status, access stock prices and receive market updates and tips instantly.”
According to the company, the NIC mobile application will be available for download to registered customers, who will be required to use security credentials provided by the bank to access it.
