Motorola boasts about wired, wireless broadband technology

ONE of the world’s renowned information and communication technology companies, Motorola, made significant advances in wired and wireless broadband technologies in 2008.

According to Home and Networks Mobility Business president, Dan Moloney, Motorola closed the year in style with the media enjoying the best information and communication technology equipment that is user friendly.

Moloney noted that the continued interest in broadband technologies aimed at delivering rich media experiences in Africa, Middle East, Asia and the rest of the world, will carry groundbreaking Long Term Evolution (LTE) work as well as expand WiMAX.

He said Motorola will also expand Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) deployments into a projected expansion of broadband this year.
