NIGERIA will take it’s drive to speed up economic growth to another level when the country holds the Nigeria Economic Summit (NES) in the capital Abuja next week on Tuesday.
The summit is sponsored by the country’s leading telecommunications company MTN in conjunction with the country’s National Planning Commission (NPC) and Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG).
MTN Nigeria Corporate Services executive, Amina Oyagbola, told the media that her company was committed to promoting economic growth and development in general in Africa’s most populous country.
“MTN believes in Nigeria, and believes Nigeria has what it takes to become a global economic giant in the nearest future. The NESG is a vital forum/platform to make this happen, that is why MTN is happy to give this 14th edition of NES its full support,” said Oyagbola.
The MTN official said the summit will be dubbed “The Realities. The Possibilities”.
