AFRICA is waiting with bated breath for the Nokia E63, its latest addition to the highly acclaimed Eseries it launched in Finland on Wednesday.
Nokia announced the recent addition to series Eseries range will be shipped to Africa in the coming weeks.
Nokia Senior Vice President, Soren Petersen said the company would be a hit with customers in the continent and around the world.
“Our research shows that people want a device that deals with both their personal and professional lives, but helps them to separate the two. When someone sits down at lunch, they want to update their social network or browse their personal email account and they do not want work getting in the way of that. It is another great case of technology adapting to the people that use it. People will be just as involved in their social network as they are in their business network,” he added.
A messaging device where people will be involved in their social network as they are in their business network, the Nokia E63 joins the successful Nokia E71 to form a formidable QWERTY messaging device range.
The E63 will appeal to a group of new users, endowed with a design that feels great in the hand and two new colours, the new addition is still true to the Eseries family, said Petersen.
Customers can use device to access their corporate mail, review their calendar and work in their business network among other benefits from this cellphone that includes Wi-Fi connectivity, easy access to Mail for Exchange and dedicated key access to contacts, calendar and email.
