Neotel is in the process of finalizing a contract with a national chain store to make it easier for consumers to buy its services.

Neotel has not announced which store they have chosen but it has implied that it is a telecom and technology specialist.

Spokesperson Zinhle modiselle said that Noetel is in the process of finalizing the contract and the chain store will be announced soon. The announcement cannot be made before the contract is signed.
Before Neotel opens their own chain stores, they have decided to first sign a deal with an already established retail chain store. Potential customers can sign up with Neotel only at Postnet stores, online or through the call centre.
Neotel hopes to have 60 000 consumers within nine months, they are currently competing with Telkom and iBurst – which have better network coverage and established outlets.
Neotel’s network coverage remains their weakness, with services limited to urban areas in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
