2008 South African Weblog Awards announced

Journalists have the opportunity to be nominated for the 2008 South African Weblog Awards. Nominations will be accepted between February 11 and February 22. The voting period will be from March 3-14.

The blog awards showcase the very best of South African independent web publishing in various categories. All journalists are eligible to be nominated with the conditions that their blogs are written in the Republic of South Africa and/or written by South African citizens to be considered for the awards.

The winners will be announced at the South African Weblog Awards ceremony on April 3.
