Euphoria Telecom has promoted Reshma Lutchman to Head of Sales. Lutchman will lead both direct and channel sales, playing a key role in Euphoria’s next phase of growth. Lutchman joined the company in late 2024 as its sales manager.
“Over the past year, Lutchman has brought structure, energy, and strong leadership to the sales function. She consistently lives the company’s values and reinforces its passion for delivering exceptional products and services,” says Euphoria Telecom managing director Warren Hawkins. “Her appointment reflects Euphoria’s continued focus on building a scalable, customer-centric sales engine to support long-term growth.”
Lutchman is a seasoned B2B sales leader with over a decade of experience in the telecoms and ICT sector. She has built and led high-performing teams across multiple sales channels, driving both commercial performance and product adoption.
Since joining Euphoria, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s sales execution. She has particularly focused on customer-centric selling, cross-functional alignment, and long-term customer value.
“As Head of Sales, I lead Euphoria’s national sales strategy across both direct and indirect channels and work closely with the executive leadership team as part of the company’s broader vision to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and sustainable growth,” she says.
Lutchman holds an MBA and formal academic qualifications in business and leadership and is deeply invested in continuous learning and professional development.
Alongside her corporate career, she has been actively involved as a mentor and facilitator, supporting emerging leaders and professionals across the technology and business sectors. Lutchman is also a co-founder of a Women’s Network initiative focused on creating safe, collaborative spaces for women to connect, grow, and develop leadership capability. This work reflects her strong commitment to inclusive, compassionate leadership; skills development; and building resilient, people-centred organisations.
