Following the success of the Adobe Document Cloud launch events in Johannesburg and Cape Town, Dax Data are hosting an online launch. This virtual event allows users, who were unable to attend, a chance to learn more about this exciting new offering from Adobe and discover the new features in Acrobat DC.

“We received extremely positive feedback from our events in Johannesburg and Cape Town.  We are giving people that were unable to attend the events a chance to learn more about the product and what it has to offer,” explains Jeremy Matthews, CEO of local Adobe Distributor – Dax Data. “By hosting it online we hope to reach a broad audience throughout Africa and encourage people to register for the event and learn what Document Cloud is capable of.”

Adobe Send & Track allows users to manage, track and control documents. With intelligent tracking, users gain visibility into where critical documents are located, how far along they are in a process, including who has opened them and when. Control features also help to protect sensitive information, both inside and outside the firewall, for business or personal use.

eSign Services (formerly known as Adobe EchoSign) will be included with every subscription of Acrobat DC Standard and Pro, which is part of both Document Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud. Users can electronically send and sign any document from any device

With Adobe Mobile users can use Mobile Link, to pick up right where they left off. Start a document on their desktop, make changes on their tablets and send for signatures from their phones. All without printing a single piece of paper. Fill & Sign is an additional mobile app that allows users to use the camera on their device as a portable scanner to easily convert any paper documents to digital, editable documents.

Document Cloud products and services are offered on both a subscription and perpetual basis. Acrobat DC subscribers are able to access many additional features that are not included with the free Acrobat DC mobile version.

Adobe is building an ecosystem for information management that enables workers to collaborate and share documents more effectively and efficiently regardless of their location or device – signing documents on the go, saving paper, time and money.
