IT Infrastructure challenges facing a developing African continent has always been a heated topic amongst IT leaders as the chief hindrance preventing business in Africa from catching up to that of first world nations. These challenges include public networks infrastructure reliability, bandwidth, telecommunications and intermittent power availability.
The IT Infrastructure Summit will address how these challenges can be overcome through innovation, alignment of business with technology and the positive influence of active government participation through innovative workshops, case studies and CIO led keynotes.
The Summit will host speakers and delegates who are regarded as leaders within their respective industries – the extensive collection of speakers are a blend of superb international and African talent who will focus on effective leadership, innovation, cost reduction and developing Infrastructure in Africa.
The strategic agenda includes all mediums of discussion in order to promote maximum take away from the event. The format of the event is an exciting mix of workshops and prearranged business meetings coupled with an agenda that is unrivaled among the IT conference fraternity. The workshops are focused and interactive while the one on one business meetings are designed for business. The workshops will focus on infrastructure related topics such as storage solutions, cloud computing and enterprise mobility, and just how these are affected by Africa’s infrastructure shortcomings.
