If you haven’t already driven your mom/dad/gaming widow/widower/boss completely round the bend to secure your ticket to the NAG LAN @ rAge, you better start – and soon! Tickets to the biggest BYOC (Bring your Own Computer) LAN in South Africa are going on sale at Computicket on 1 August 2011 at midnight.

Sold out in less than 36 hours last year, the NAG LAN @ rAge is the highlight of thousands of gamers’ annual pilgrimage to the rAge Expo at the Coca-Cola Dome in Jozi!

This year, 2196 spots will be available in the LAN for avid gamers, who will be transported to gaming glory with 53‑hours of non-stop intense battle from 30 September to 02 October 2011. Jamming titles such as StarCraft 2, Call of Duty Black Ops, League of Legends, and pretty much any game you can LAN, you can be sure there’s something for everyone. So best you gather your clan buddies, or brothers-in-arms, for gaming rapture.

With mainline sponsor, Alienware, HP Networking powering the network, and Intel taking care of the servers, there are loads of awesome competitions, freebies and general goodies for the LAN gamers at this year’s event. That’s not even considering the wonders available on the expo floor for 3-days of leisurely pre-Christmas listing.

To avoid the devastation of missing the gaming goat (say what?) make sure you stay up to get your ticket to NAG LAN @ rAge on sale at Computicket for R300 per person from 1 August 2011.
