Spescom DataVoice, South African developers of products and services within business transaction management sector, today announced signing a strategic agreement with Teleopti, international supplier of Workforce Management solutions.
Through this partnership, Spescom will resell Teleopti’s Workforce Management solutions in South African market, together integrated with its own Qnique performance suite of business solutions.
“Spescom DataVoice is in the business of providing Workforce Optimisation specifically aimed at Contact Centres. Our Qnique product offers performance optimization and related systems aimed at minimizing human capital risk, but we do not have our own Workforce Management solution,” says Kgabo Badimo, MD of Spescom DataVoice, explaining the recent partnership with Teleopti.
The Workforce Management tool offers accurate forecasting, optimal planning, improved overall performance and profitability of client’s contact centers, by displaying an user-friendly interface and ensuring high standards services with cost-efficient solutions.
