Khetan Gajjar has taken up the role of Field Chief Technology Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Mimecast, a cutting-edge email and collaboration security firm.
Khetan brings over 25 years of experience and leadership to his new position at the University of Cape Town, where he received a Business Science (Honours) in Information Systems. With a focus on industry, market, and product strategy development, Khetan will offer a long-term vision for cybersecurity in the area. He will incorporate client input into the business’s strategic vision and suggest cutting-edge technology solutions as a reliable customer advisor.

He has held various leadership positions, including Connectivity Technology Ecosystem Manager at Meta, OpenWiFi Project Group Manager, board technology advisor at Benu Networks, and South African leader.
